- Prepare lesson modules, practice exercises, and learning materials aligned with the curriculum in use.
- Adapt teaching materials to meet students’ individual needs and learning levels.
- Deliver mathematics concepts in a clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand manner.
- Assess and monitor students’ academic progress on a regular basis.
- Provide constructive feedback and personalized learning strategies to support improvement.
- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding students’ learning progress.
- Create a positive, disciplined, and conducive classroom environment.
- Encourage students to build confidence and develop a positive attitude toward mathematics.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree (or final-year university student) preferably in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of basic to advanced mathematics concepts.
- Patient, communicative, and able to build positive relationships with students.
- Creative in delivering lessons and adaptable in adjusting teaching methods to suit different student learning styles.
