💼 What You’ll Do

• Educate clients on insurance and financial protection solutions
• Build strong relationships through trust and rapport
• Analyze client needs and recommend suitable plans
• Present solutions confidently (online or face-to-face)
• Manage your own schedule and client pipeline
• Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team
• Continuously learn and grow through training and mentoring

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Resident of Metro Manila and nearby provinces
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• No experience required but have eagerness to learn
• Willing to attend onsite meetings in Makati (two Saturdays a month)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office proficiency)
