- Execute daily technical SEO tasks, including structured data implementation, Core Web Vitals improvements, on-page optimization (title/meta/heading/internal links/images), and content formatting.
- Improve content quality signals such as expertise, trust, and credibility.
- Ensure all optimization work meets internal quality and accuracy standards.
- Follow established playbooks, SOPs, checklists, and QA processes consistently.
- Support Senior SEO Optimizers on advanced or complex tasks.
- Provide clear task updates and flag blockers to the Service Manager.
- Collaborate with the Head of Optimization to improve workflows and technical playbooks.
- Identify technical issues that hinder execution and propose solutions or escalate appropriately.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Technical SEO, SEO Specialist, or related optimization roles.
- Strong understanding of: Structured data & schema, Core Web Vitals, On-page SEO, Content optimization
- “Executor mindset”, enjoys detailed technical work.
- Proficient with key industry tools: Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog / Sitebulb
- Systems-thinking, detail-oriented, and engineering-minded.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
