- Generate a sustainable growth of company business
- Perform Market Research and analysis of competitive landscape, customers, product metrics, feedback customer and latest trends to identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, and improve customer experience.
- Identify new portfolio opportunities & establish business strategies based on in-depth market & industry insight for pursuing those new opportunities
- Build strong relationships with partner/supplier in order to generate high volume of prospective customers
- Develop business process (Operating Procedure) related to the new business implementation
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Engineering, Business, Management, or other related major
- Good Understanding of the industry and market is an advantage
- Good analytical skills with the ability to analyze opportunities from many angles (both quantitative and qualitative), and drives appropriate performance tracking and analysis
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Able to build business cases around market opportunities and partnerships including strategy development, market segmentation, and competitive analysis
- Highly-driven to keep growing the business
- Energetic, fast learner, ambitious and collaborative teammate who feeds off goal setting and achievement.
