Admin Warehouse  

Inventory Management
• Record incoming and outgoing medical devices accurately
• Conduct regular stock opname (physical stock count) to ensure data accuracy
• Update inventory records in the system in real-time

Receiving & Dispatching
• Receive goods from the purchasing team and verify quantity and condition
• Prepare delivery documents (e.g., Delivery Order)
• Coordinate delivery schedules with the logistics and Technical Support teams

Stock Monitoring & Analysis
• Monitor stock levels and perform balancing across warehouses
• Prepare monthly inventory movement reports and process improvement suggestions
• Collaborate with purchasing to estimate implant procurement

Administration & Documentation
• Ensure all documentation is complete and properly archived
• Maintain inventory tracking sheets and system records for audit and data validation

• Minimum SMA/SMK education
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse/logistics or medical distribution
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
• Able to follow SOPs and handle medical assets responsibly
• Fast learner with product knowledge (tools & implants)
• Strong coordination with warehouse and delivery teams
• Responsible and trustworthy with asset handling
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Have great critical thinking, discipline, proactive, and process-driven
