- Look for and curate influencer lists based on brand goals and target audience
- Reach out and coordinate with influencers for collaborations and content opportunities
- Handle product seeding, shipping coordination, and tracking of deliveries
- Monitor campaign progress and influencer outputs to ensure aligned content delivery
- Prepare weekly reports on performance, leads, and campaign updates
- Assist with negotiation of rates, timelines, and deliverables when needed
- Maintain organized documentation of contacts, communications, and posting calendars
- Support the marketing team in brainstorming strategies and optimizing influencer partnerships
- Identify new emerging creators and niche micro-influencers for potential collaborations
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree (Open to fresh graduates)
- Good command of English, both written and verbal
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative work is preferred
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Result-oriented, detail-oriented, and highly organized
