- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and provide actionable insights
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market segmentation, marketing campaigns, and channels to provide strategic recommendations
- Monitor industry trends, competitor analysis, and social media/technology developments, with a focus on digital marketing trends
- Identify opportunities for improvement by evaluating current marketing strategies
- Consolidate marketing department reports and assist in planning, monitoring, and evaluating target achievement and performance
- Explore and propose plans for large and small-scale exhibition activities aligned with company strategy
- Execute and evaluate approved exhibition activities, coordinating with relevant functions and partners
- Design and evaluate sales force competencies
- Oversee marketing intelligence and manage the marketing budget
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Proven experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or a related role

Experience in conducting market and competitor analysis

Familiarity with organizing and evaluating marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights

Proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, or similar)

Ability to manage and consolidate marketing reports effectively

Excellent understanding of digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and technologies

Experience with planning, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns or exhibitions

Strong project management and organizational skills
