- Design high-quality visual assets (marketing collateral, social media posts, campaign KVs, etc.) by leveraging both traditional design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and AI-driven creative tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, etc.).
- Collaborate with the other stakeholders to translate campaign briefs into compelling visual outputs.
- Research and apply the latest AI design trends, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency and creativity.
- Customize and fine-tune AI-generated outputs to align with brand identity and quality standards.
- Maintain consistency across all designs while experimenting with innovative AI-powered concepts.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
- Ensure all final assets are optimized for digital and print usage.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills.
- Familiarity and hands-on experience with AI-based creative tools (MidJourney, DALL·E, Photoshop AI features, etc.).
- Proficiency in standard design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to adapt and refine AI-generated outputs into polished, brand-compliant assets.
- Creative mindset with a curiosity for new technologies in design and marketing.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good time management skills to handle freelance projects with quick turnaround.
- Simple motion graphics or video editing skills.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI model fine-tuning for creative purposes.
