Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Support campaign setup and optimization across selected paid channels
• Assist creative testing and audience experimentation
• Monitor daily performance metrics and flag anomalies
• Execute changes based on direction from Performance Lead or Strategist
• Support short-cycle reporting during active campaigns

Kualifikasi Minimum

• 1–3 years experience in paid marketing execution
• Hands-on experience with at least one major ads platform
• Able to work independently with clear briefs and timelines
• Detail-oriented, execution-focused, and data-driven
