About this Position

The Dry Fulfillment Excellence Associate supports operational excellence initiatives within dry warehouse operations by driving process improvements, monitoring operational performance, and supporting cross-functional projects. This role works closely with stakeholders across Operations, Product, Supply Chain, Cost Control, Data, PX, Mitra Management, Facility, and Internal Audit to ensure warehouse processes are efficient, scalable, and consistently executed.

Job Description

As our Astronaut, your missions are:

• Support the design and implementation of warehouse process improvements for Dry Warehouse operations.
• Execute Process Excellence initiatives including operational productivity improvements, workflow redesign, and system enhancement projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Product, Supply Chain, Cost Control, and Data teams to support project execution and operational rollout.
• Support project management activities, including requirement documentation, progress tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
• Conduct operational data analysis and performance monitoring to identify improvement opportunities across inbound, picking, inventory management, and outbound fulfillment processes.
• Assist in warehouse layout planning, workflow optimization, and operational capacity planning for both new and existing facilities.
• Ensure SOP implementation and operational compliance within warehouse operations.
• Support pilot testing, implementation, and stabilization of new operational processes, tools, or system enhancements.
• Monitor operational KPIs and identify productivity gaps, inefficiencies, or operational risks.

In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Process Improvement, Process Excellence, Business Improvement from Fulfillment, Logistics, E-commerce, or Warehouse Operations background
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for operational analysis and reporting.
• Basic understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Highly motivated with a growth mindset and strong ownership.
