Performance Portofolio Manager  

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Economics, or Industrial Engineering or other science related fields.
• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a startup or e-commerce environment.
• Proficient in using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and logical approach.
• Enjoys working with numbers and reporting tasks, demonstrating strong attention to detail and a diligent, structured approach.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects & stakeholders effectively.
• A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn and grow.

Assortment Review: Analyze SKU performance and provide actionable insights to align with the overall portfolio strategy. Task includes:

• Work closely with data analysts in maintaining data availability & accuracy on dashboards.
• Analyze data, create reports and do monthly SKU review cadence in a timely manner.
• Effectively communicate findings & action items to relevant teams and track improvements to enhance SKU performance.
• Continuously improve the review process, including automating processes and optimizing operational efficiency.
