- Brainstorm, create, and publish engaging content across various platforms, including social media posts, videos, carousels, articles, and more.
- Collaborate with the People & Employer Branding team to develop campaigns that support recruitment, employee engagement, and company culture initiatives.
- Turn employee stories, company events, and internal activities into authentic and relatable content.
- Experiment with different content formats such as Instagram Reels, LinkedIn posts, TikTok videos, carousels, and newsletters.
- Monitor content performance and continuously generate fresh ideas based on insights and trends.
- Analyze social media metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, etc.) to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the planning and execution of employer branding events and employee engagement activities.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, or other related disciplines.
- Experience in content creation, social media management, or employer branding.
- Event management experience is a plus.
- Creative with a strong storytelling mindset, whether through writing, visuals, or video.
- Familiar with design and video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Comfortable using Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and understands how to create engaging content for each platform.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Curious, proactive, adaptable, and always eager to explore new content ideas and trends.
