A Shop is looking for Project Staff to support the Basic Education Uniform Distribution project. This is a 3-month project-based role that will assist in the distribution of uniforms across the three Basic Education units.
Employment Details:
- Engagement Period: 3 months
- Work Schedule: Full-time / 44 hours per week
- Reports to: A Shop Supervisor
What You Will Do:
You will also be responsible for:
- Assisting in the daily distribution of uniforms
- Following the designed system for uniform distribution
- Reporting low stock levels
- Securing and locking the classroom, stock room, or storage room at the end of each day
- Taking responsibility for the stock of uniforms during scheduled distribution dates
Who We Are Looking For:
Skills and Competencies:
- Able to work as a sales representative, since the role involves facing students and parents when they claim uniforms
- Able to quickly learn the distribution system, including stock monitoring and inventory security procedures
Kualifikasi Minimum
Experience and Requirements:
- At least a high school graduate, with ideally 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, administrative work, or other related roles.
- Must be organized, personable, and able to learn work processes quickly.
