Real Estate Broker  

We are looking for a licensed Real Estate Broker to provide full-time consultancy services. As a key part of our team, the Broker will contribute expertise to ensure smooth transactions, oversee high-profile client relationships, and help close deals effectively.

What you'll do

• Compliance and Licensing: Act as the licensed representative for contracts, agreements, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with Philippine real estate laws.
• Client Engagement: Provide expert advice and strategic support, especially for high-profile clients, to facilitate strong client relationships and successful closings.
• Contract Oversight: Sign and manage real estate documents, maintaining thorough attention to legal details.
• Deal Support: Leverage market knowledge and industry insights to support effective deal closures.
• Stakeholder Management: Foster positive relationships with industry stakeholders, clients, and regulatory authorities.

• Active, licensed Real Estate Broker in the Philippines (mandatory).
• Minimum of 5 years of real estate experience with a focus on high-value transactions.
• Strong understanding of Philippine real estate law and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with proven success in managing client relationships.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to integrity in compliance and documentation.
