Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Melaksanakan kegiatan pemrosesan kredit SME (Small Medium Enterprise) serta memastikan pelaksanaan standar operasional prosedur dengan menerapkan prinsip pengelolaan risiko yang baik dengan detail sebagai berikut:
- Follow Up pengajuan kredit nasabah yang disampaikan oleh Relationship Officer
- Analisa data nasabah
- Mengumpulkan dokumen pendukung
- Melakukan site visit dan verifikasi data
- Menginput data dan rekomendasi
- Pencairan kredit
- Mengurus dokumen pencairan kredit
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Pendidikan minimal S1 dari semua jurusan
- Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) minimal 2.75 dari skala 4.00
- Usia maks. 24 tahun (Strata 1) dan 26 tahun (Strata 2)
- Memiliki minat terhadap kewirausahaan/bisnis dalam dunia kerja
- Senang menjalin relasi dengan orang lain
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
- Memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik, detail serta teliti
- Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
- Belum menikah dan bersedia untuk tidak menikah selama pendidikan
- Bersedia menjalani ikatan dinas setelah pendidikan
