Sales Support
- Assist the sales team in generating and following up on leads.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
- Support the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
- Event Coordination Support
- Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events, meetings, conferences, and special functions.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments regarding event requirements.
- Prepare event documentation, schedules, and checklists.
- Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide administrative support before, during, and after events.
Administrative Duties
- Manage correspondence, emails, phone calls, and filing systems.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and sales activity summaries.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure document organization.
Customer Service
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests.
- Build positive relationships with corporate clients and event partners.
- Handle client concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction throughout the sales and event process.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales support, administration, event coordination, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of corporate event planning and coordination.
- Sales and client relationship management experience.
