Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Analyze the talent management framework (ladder, criteria & movement) based on business process
- Deterimine criteria & talent specifications in coordination with related users
- Manage talent mapping (administrative, system talent database & reporting).
- Monitor talent performance
- review / faciliate implementation existing career management (submission promotion / demotion)
- Monitor employee career transaction in system (promotion, assignment, treatment and demotion).
- Develop and plan a competency index employees
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor degree (major psychologist, management or SDM)
- Minimal 2 years experience as people development
- Good personal approach, good communication and presentasion skill
- Strong analytical thinking and planning skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to work in team as team player
