Talent Acquisition Specialist Contract  

Job Description :

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to interviews and offer management
• Coordinate with Human Resource Business Partner and Hiring Manager to get clear business context and identify hiring needs
• Able to manage stakeholders expectation during recruitment process and build a good relationship
• Identify and source potential candidates through Jobportal, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Provide feedback and recommendations for improving recruitment strategies

Job Requirement :

Experience in recruitment, either in-house, agency, or freelance with minimum experience in recruitment 6 years
• Proven track record in sourcing and recruiting for high volume roles in a fast pace environment
• Solid understanding of recruitment business process
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and sourcing tools
• Possess various experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
• Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
• High integrity and confidentiality
