Accounting Officer  

Review and validate all supporting documents for Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and other financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, management reports, and other financial reports.

Maintain accurate and complete books of accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

Provide accounting, financial, and tax advisory support to management.

Coordinate with the Growth Management team in the preparation and monitoring of the Monthly Rolling Forecast.

Maintain organized, accurate, and audit-ready financial records for submission to external auditors.

Ensure timely compliance with all BIR, LGU, and other statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.

Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Monitor compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.

Support external audits, tax audits, and regulatory examinations by preparing required schedules and documentation.

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.

CPA license is an advantage but not required.

Minimum of 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.

Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, taxation, and BIR/LGU compliance.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Quickbooks).

Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
