We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Talent Acquisition Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting top talent to conducting interviews and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.
Kualifikasi Minimum

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field with 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and has ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
