IT Application Consultant  

IT Application Consultant is responsible for analyzing business requirements, implementing CARE application solutions, providing application support, and ensuring successful system running by clients. This role serves as a technical teams to ensure that applications meet business needs and operate effectively.

Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients
• Conduct meetings, workshops, and discussions to understand client needs and business processes.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.

Application Implementation

• Configure and implement applications based on client requirements.
• Assist clients during system deployment, testing, and go-live activities.
• Prepare implementation plans, project documentation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios.
• Ensure successful delivery of application implementation projects.

Client Consultation & Support

• Provide consultation and recommendations on application usage and best practices.
• Analyze and troubleshoot application issues reported by clients.
• Coordinate with others to resolve issues and implement enhancements.

Training & Knowledge Transfer

• Conduct user training sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare user manuals, training materials, and operational documentation.
• Support clients during the onboarding and adoption process.
• Ensure users understand system functionality and business processes.

Project Coordination

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, QA Teams, and Infrastructure Teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Participate in project meetings and provide regular status updates.
• Assist in managing project risks, issues, and change requests.

Maintenance & Continuous Improvement

• Support post-implementation activities and ongoing maintenance.
• Monitor system performance and user feedback.
• Recommend application improvements and process enhancements.
• Assist in system upgrades, patches, and new feature implementations.

Maintaining good relationships with clients, superiors directly or indirectly and colleagues to uphold the ethnics of professionalism

Maintaining the confidentiality of client data

1. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or a related field

2. Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an Application Consultant, Business Analyst, System Analyst, Functional Consultant, or related role.

3. Having knowledge in SQL, VBnet, ASPnet, Visual Studio

4. Experience in software implementation projects.

5. Understanding of business processes and enterprise applications.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

9. Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal)
