- Collaborate with the Community Manager to design and create engaging content for the community's Instagram
- Monitor interactions on Instagram, including responding to comments and messages professionally and promptly
- Coordinate with the social media team to arrange collaborative content with community members and language department
- Support the Community Manager in developing and managing the Cetta community strategy
- Build relationships with community members
- Initiate and execute activities to build community engagement (events, discussions, gamification)
- Conducting live reports of community events, both online and offline
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 6th-semester undergraduate student or fresh graduate (Marketing, Communications, or related field)
- Understanding of community activation
- Understanding of Instagram platforms and features
- Excellent and creative written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Video editing skills are a plus
- Willingness to participate in online and offline community activities
