Deskripsi Pekerjaan

The Sales Outreach Specialist plays a key role in generating new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential clients. You’ll combine analytical thinking with communication skills to identify high-potential prospects, understand their business challenges, and connect them with the right solution. This role requires strong communication skills, curiosity to understand client pain points, and the persistence to build valuable business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze target markets to identify key decision-makers and uncover business needs.
  • Use LinkedIn, databases, CRM tools, and automation platforms to map opportunities systematically.
  • Initiate outbound communication via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Craft personalized outreach strategies based on data insights and client behavior patterns.
  • Qualify leads through structured questioning and strategic assessment of business fit.
  • Schedule product demos or meetings for the sales or business development team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with campaigns and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity data in the CRM system.
  • Track and analyze outreach performance to continuously improve conversion effectiveness.s.

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in tech or SaaS).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia — written and conversational.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — able to interpret data, recognize patterns, and make sound outreach decisions.
  • Curious, logical thinker who enjoys understanding how business processes work.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and outreach automation platforms.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with measurable targets (leads, calls, meetings booked).
