OEM Supply Planner  

The OEM Supply Planner role is critical in managing the end-to-end supply chain of CTC’s OEM products—from sourcing and order placement to shipment tracking and on-time delivery. The position serves as a key contributor in CTC’s OEM S&OP meetings, ensuring alignment between supply plans and overall product strategies. It is also responsible for identifying and sourcing OEM products that support CTC’s strategic direction, coordinating closely with freight forwarders and relevant agencies for import documentation and customs clearance.

In addition, the role fosters strong cross-functional collaboration across SBUs and maintains proactive communication with OEM suppliers to ensure supply continuity and operational efficiency. Currently, these functions are performed by the department head on an ad hoc basis, limiting the level of focus and consistency needed to achieve optimal results. Establishing this dedicated role will strengthen supply reliability, enhance coordination, and support the company’s growth and cost-efficiency objectives

• End to end supply management of CTC OEM products.
• Develop, review and update rolling supply plans (short, mid and long term).
• Lead role / key contributor in CTC OEM Supply S&OP meetings.
• Translate demand forecasts into accurate supply requirements for OEM partners.
• Close coordination with OEM suppliers on order placements and deliveries.
• Escalate or resolve supply constraints, delays or shortages.
• Create and manage purchase orders based on supply plans.
• Cross functional collaboration with other SBUs on supply plan requirements.
• Track shipments and ensure timely inbound deliveries.
• Support freight forwarder in documentation and customs clearing requirements.
• Provide weekly & monthly reports on supply status, supplier performance & inventory.
• Sourcing of OEM products that aligns with CTC’s product strategy
• Policies and Procedures creation and/or revision of OEM supply management.
• SAP processing of POs and PIR/SL
• Collaboration with demand planner, sales, operations and business development
