Talent Acquisition  

What will you do:

• Scout and identify top talent using recruitment platforms.
• ⁠Conduct Competency-Based Interviews and review psychological test results to evaluate candidates.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align recruitment goals.
• Extend offers to successful candidates and facilitate the onboarding process.

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team full time (on-site). This role involves a variety of day-to-day activities, with a primary focus on scouting and identifying top talent using recruitment platforms, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interview processes, and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. You will also be responsible for ensuring accurate documentation of candidate interactions and supporting end-to-end recruitment activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and recruitment activities
