Responsibilities:
- Gather and understand hiring requirements, role responsibilities, and competency needs from hiring managers to develop effective recruitment and sourcing strategies.
- Scout and identify top talent through various recruitment platforms and sourcing channels.
- Conduct Competency-Based Interviews and review psychological test results to assess candidates’ competencies and suitability.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure alignment on hiring needs and goals.
- Extend offers to successful candidates and facilitate the onboarding process.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.
- Familiarity with basic Competency-Based Interview techniques and psychological test interpretation.
- Strong interest in learning about IT and technology to better understand IT talent mapping and sourcing strategies.
