- Act as the official representative of the company in dealings with government offices, regulatory agencies, and partner organizations.
- Facilitate the processing of permits, licenses, clearances, and other official documents.
- Coordinate and monitor compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, submissions, and approvals.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with external stakeholders to support company objectives.
- Provide timely updates to management regarding regulatory changes, deadlines, and requirements.
- Assist in resolving conflicts or issues between the company and external parties.
- Support internal departments by relaying information and ensuring smooth workflow across teams.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- Proven experience as a Liaison Officer or in a similar administrative/government relations role.
- Strong knowledge of local government processes, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with document management systems.
