- Handles the recruitment cycle and key employee lifecycle processes to ensure timely hiring, compliant onboarding, effective exits, and accurate workforce data
- Ensures timely, accurate, and meaningful HR and recruitment reports for operational and transformation requirements
- Ensures systematic monitoring of probationary employees and timely regularization processing in accordance with company policy
- Supports and sustains digital transformation initiatives to improve recruitment efficiency and data visibility
- Manages effective partnerships with recruitment agencies and headhunters to support timely and quality hiring
- Provides hr support while contributing to employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resources
- with CHRA certificate or license is an advantage but not required
- Good communication skills
- 1-3 years experience in recruitment/end-to-end processing
