- Processing and preparation of government mandated benefits application, payment, calim & report for all employees of all area offices: SSS, PHIC & HDMF
- Preparation of employee assistance requests: insurance claims, annual physical exams, customer servicing
- Annual renewal and enrollment of qualified employees in HMO/Life Insurance
- Filing and safekeeping of 201 files, contracts, and other confidential documents
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or BSBA Major in Human Resource Development Management
- At least 1-3 years experience in handling compensation and benefits
- Familiar with government mandated law / benefits administration
- With experience in records management (201 files, docs monitoring, etc.)
- Keen attention to details
