Responsible for managing sales related documents and facilitating the smooth turnover of properties from the company to the client. Act as the bridge between internal teams, sales staff, and clients to ensure accurate record keeping, compliance, and client satisfaction during the turnover process.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Capable to handle multiple accounts
- MS Office knowledgeable and capable
- Keen to details, articulate
- Resourceful and with initiative
- Customer Care Experience is an advantage
- Experience in a real estate industry is an advantage
- With experience in sales documentation and contracts
