- Assisting the Leasing team in operations and determine the most effective solutions to increase company sales.
- Assisting upper management in developing reasonable leasing goals, oversee activities of leasing and coordinate with other departments to achieve targets.
- Responsible for meeting monthly targets for Asset Disposal and Leasing set by Management.
- Responsible for coordinating the completion of all lease renewals in the market.
- Assists with unit handover to tenants.
- Represents the company to prospects and tenants in a courteous and professional manner – always putting customer service first.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and share renewal progress, feedback, and results reporting internally and to our clients.
- Respond and meet with current tenants regarding renewal negotiations.
- Excel in customer service among clients, tenants, team members, and another department.
- Identify opportunities to improve the renewal strategy process.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Real Estate/Marketing or any related field
- With 2-3 years work experience in sales or leasing
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Computer Softwares
- Ability to handle inquiries, ads, getting sales and leasing prospects
