About The Role:
This position is responsible for growing the DOKU brand’s influence and having a strong conversion strategy of acquisition while also increasing DOKU loyalty and awareness, driving website traffic to acquire new leads, and onboard registrations & helping to expand overall campaign reach.
What Will You Do:
- Implement a digital marketing strategy to grow DOKU’s digital channels, drive traffic to bring awareness of the product & generate leads to acquire new businesses.
- Provide digital marketing strategy for campaigns, including thematic, tactical, product and partnership-based initiatives.
- Manage budget allocation and monitor its implementation, provide reports on overall digital marketing performance, including analytic results, budget spending vs actual, learning & insight for future campaigns.
- Content management including plan and managing the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing on various digital platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams to align digital strategies with overall marketing goals, by implementing effective digital marketing [creative, marcom & campaign]
- Supervise all aspects of the digital marketing department including marketing database, email, display advertising campaigns, and other optimizations including plan & manage Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Machine (SEM).
- Coordinating across divisions to implement digital marketing activities [Product, Engineering, Sales/Business, PR/Corporate]; synchronizing workflow to meet goals; managing leads; content marketing development; infrastructure / technical coordination [ tracking, tools, sitemap, etc.]
- Manage & monitor projects implemented by 3rd party and supervise the plan implementation to ensure that they are on the right track and achieving the target.
Kualifikasi Minimum
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years in digital marketing, with experience in digital marketing agencies, campaign management and analytics, preferably within the tech or fintech sector.
Technical Skill Requirements:
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media platforms) , Marketing Automation Platform [Moengage, Hubspot, etc].
- Knowledge of content management and website optimization.
- Experience in campaign tracking, reporting, and performance analysis, including paid optimisation & leads generation.
- Understanding visual design, copywriting & content writing.
Soft Skill Requirements:
- Independent, innovative, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicator, with leadership and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
