Role Overview

We are looking for an entry-level Capacity and Process Analyst to support daily workforce and capacity tracking, operational reporting, forecasting, and process documentation. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to build hands-on experience in operations analytics, capacity planning, and process improvement within a dynamic business environment.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will help drive day-to-day operational efficiency by collecting, validating, analyzing, and reporting capacity and workforce data. You will work closely with the Capacity and Process Improvement Manager and collaborate with operations teams, gaining exposure to data analysis, forecasting, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor, analyze, and interpret capacity, workload, utilization, and productivity data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
2. Collect and validate data from operations and team leads to ensure accuracy and consistency
3. Develop capacity forecasts and workload projections using historical and current data
4. Maintain and enhance trackers, reports, dashboards, and data summaries to support operational decision-making
5. Document workflows and update SOPs, job aids, and process maps to improve clarity and efficiency
6. Support process improvement initiatives by providing data insights and coordinating with internal teams

Work Schedule & Set-Up

• Set-up: Hybrid arrangement; must be willing to report onsite 3x per week or as needed
• Schedule: Day Shift, 7–8 a.m. to 4–5 p.m. (PH Time).

Candidate Profile

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Statistics, Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or any related field
• Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Internship or On-the-Job Training (OJT) experience in data analysis, reporting, or operations is an advantage
• Skills and Competencies
• Strong data analysis and numerical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, basic data analysis)
• Basic knowledge in Python or other programming languages is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, collaborative, and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset
