- Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns.
- Create and schedule content for social media platforms.
- Design basic marketing materials using Canva or similar tools.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Production teams for marketing requirements.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitors' activities.
- Help organize company events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Track and prepare reports on marketing campaign performance.
- Maintain marketing files, photos, and promotional materials.
- Perform other marketing-related tasks assigned by the Immediate Supervisor.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing is an advantage (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply).
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
