Job Description
- Guide parents through the enrollment process and provide consultation on Genstarkids programs.
- Assist prospective students during assessments and recommend suitable learning programs.
- Support classes as a Class Assistant when needed to ensure smooth learning activities.
- Build strong relationships with parents and students to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Drive membership renewals and referrals to achieve sales and retention targets (commission eligible).
- Coordinate student schedules, classes, workshops, and events.
- Handle administrative tasks related to student enrollment, assessments, and memberships.
- Collaborate with teachers and the operations team to ensure a seamless learning journey.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
- Good command of English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service experience.
- Sales experience.
- Experience in education or counseling.
