Engage with clients to understand their business and technical requirements. Design end-to-end infrastructure solutions (e.g., servers, storage, virtualization, cloud, network, security). Deliver technical presentations, demos, and Proof of Concepts (PoC). Support RFP/RFI responses, including solution design and proposal documentation. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to develop accurate Bill of Materials (BOMs). Assist in technical risk assessments and feasibility studies. Create and maintain solution architecture diagrams and technical documentation. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and vendor certifications. Act as a technical advisor to the sales team and customers.

Involved in the Pre-During-Post Phase of the Project • Gather detailed requirements, analyze, and provide recommendations and solutions for end users • Create application designs with documents such as business requirements, use case diagrams, activity diagrams, wireframes, high level design architecture, and other functional requirements • Create a backlog using task management • Collaborate with IT-QA for the testing process and assistance for User Acceptance Test (UAT) • Create training materials and conduct training for end users. • Involved in custom apps projects & Odoo ERP Implementation • Leader in the internal project team • Collaborate with PM to update project progress.

Application Development - Perform application development process with good code quality, minimum bugs, provide sufficient comments and self-test the functions built. - Collaborate with other parties when integration of the application is required. - Promote a good development culture, follow the development of DevOps to create an effective and efficient work culture. Application Support - Analyze problems faced by users based on reports from the support department, find the root cause of the problems faced and fix the problem. Communicate with QA regarding fixes, deployment of fixes.
