- Develop program concepts and ideas with the creative team
- Oversee the entire production process from pre-production to post-production.
- Prepare scripts, rundowns, and briefings for talent and crew.
- Ensure shoots run smoothly and stay on schedule.
- Supervise editing and provide feedback to maintain production standards.
- Monitoring video performance (views, watch time, engagement, etc.).
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree from any major
- Minimum 3 years of experience in video production, film production, or programme making
- Knowledge of field production techniques and standards
- Skills in visualizing and shooting concepts effectively
- Available to work on a flexible schedule
- Ability to work under stressful conditions and strict deadlines
- Willing to do any requested video
