- Install and configure local computer network (LAN) hardware and connected devices (PCs, peripherals, and servers) to ensure systems and applications run properly for users.
- Conduct routine LAN performance monitoring and prepare written reports to identify and recommend solutions for potential issues.
- Identify and repair desktop or laptop LAN-related issues and perform necessary hardware fixes in accordance with established SOPs.
- Maintain and report any changes in LAN locations and inventory accurately.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (experience in the media industry is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of software, hardware, servers, LAN & WAN.
- Proficient in technologies and troubleshooting related to Data & Voice Networks,
- Distributed Network Management, LAN Planning & Troubleshooting, Internet Management, Remote Access, and Cabling.
