Responsible for driving revenue by securing sponsorships, partnerships, and exhibitor sales for B2B events. The role focuses on prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and maintaining strong client relationships in a fast-paced, project-based environment. Passion for coffee industry is a strong advantage.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in event sales, exhibition, or sponsorship management.
- proficient in English (spoken & written).
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a project based or event driven environment.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with corporate clients, brands, and communities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Good analytical and reporting abilities to track sales progress and client performance.
- Familiar with CRM systems, Excel, PowerPoint, and online communication tools.
- Passionate about coffee industry or any relevant industry (highly preferred)
