That’s why we’re looking for a Senior Business Development Specialist who can drive high-impact growth and forge lasting, meaningful partnerships across industries and borders.

As a senior leader in our business development team, you won’t just be identifying opportunities—you’ll be shaping the direction of our business. You’ll be trusted to lead with initiative, draw from deep B2B experience, and guide a team of passionate professionals as we scale our client base and elevate our brand. What will you be responsible for?

Strategic Leadership

  • Lead the development and execution of outbound business development strategies aimed at high-value, long-term client relationships
  • Identify emerging trends and untapped market opportunities to build a robust short, mid, and long-term pipeline
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align growth strategies with company vision and goals

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and prospective clients
  • Drive end-to-end business development cycles—from prospecting and proposal creation to deal negotiation and closing
  • Represent M2.0 at high-level meetings, industry events, and speaking engagements

Team Empowerment & Performance

  • Mentor and guide junior members of the business development team
  • Set measurable targets, track performance, and ensure alignment with revenue and growth KPIs
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to develop winning proposals and client pitches

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth levers
  • Oversee complex RFP responses and proposal development in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Lead negotiations on pricing, service level agreements, and contract terms
  • Establish and optimize scalable sales processes and playbooks
  • Contribute to brand strategy, marketing alignment, and go-to-market initiatives

Kualifikasi Minimum

Are you right for the role?

The ideal Senior Business Development Specialist at M2.0 Communications brings a mix of high-level strategic insight and hands-on execution, along with:

  • 5+ years of proven success in B2B business development, sales, or partnerships—ideally in communications, PR, or a related services industry
  • A track record of exceeding sales targets and winning high-value accounts
  • Deep experience with sales enablement tools, CRM platforms, and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and C-suite negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
  • A collaborative mindset, with leadership experience in cross-functional team environments
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
