Revenue Analyst  

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically minded Revenue Analyst to optimize revenue streams and support financial objectives within our villa business complex. This role involves leveraging data analysis, forecasting techniques, and strategic insights to enhance revenue performance.

The responsibility include managing the update availability, rates and information across all booking channels and managing the proper handling of reservations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and guest booking patterns to optimize pricing and availability strategies.
2. Utilize revenue management tools and systems to forecast demand and maximize occupancy and rates.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely updates of availability, rates, and villa information across all booking platforms.
4. Generate regular reports and presentations on revenue performance, trends, and actionable insights for management review.
5. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of promotional strategies and special offers to drive bookings and revenue.
6. Implement revenue optimization strategies to achieve financial goals while maintaining guest satisfaction.
7. Conduct ad-hoc analysis and research to support strategic decision-making related to revenue management.

1. Minimum diploma in hospitality room division management.
2. Proven work experience as a Reservation Officer in luxury property or similar.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian with customer service orientation.
4. Knowledge of OTAs and Hotel Management System.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
6. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
