The Psychometrician focuses on the technical side of mental health by handling psychological tests and data. Instead of seeing patients face-to-face, you will spend your time analyzing test results, creating new assessment tools, and making sure our mental health programs are backed by solid data.

Key Responsibilities

• Study and explain results from mental health tests to track how patients are doing.
• Build and improve psychological tests and surveys used for patient screening.
• Check that all tests are fair, accurate, and useful for our health programs.
• Work with the mental health team to use data to improve patient care plans.
• Keep patient data organized and safe according to privacy rules.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be a Registered Psychometrician.

Master's degree in Psychology, Guidance and Counseling, or Social Work.

Experience in making tests and analyzing data.

Skill in using Google Workspace and data tools.

Willingness to work onsite in Makati or Taguig on a shifting schedule.
