The HR Systems Intern will own and deliver a key automation project for our Human Resources team. This role is a high-impact opportunity to design, build, and deploy a low-code solution that will directly improve our HR processes, efficiency, and data management. You will work with regular guidance but will be expected to drive your project independently, offering a direct path to a full-time offer for high-performing candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy a specific, pre-defined automation solution for the HR team using low-code platforms.
• Manage the project lifecycle, from gathering requirements to testing and final implementation.
• Support the team's daily operations by assisting with core HR processes, such as data management, recruitment support, and onboarding logistics.
• Develop clear documentation and provide training for the new system/automation.
• Ensure all data is managed and integrated accurately across HR tools, primarily Airtable and Google Workspace.

• Preferably pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Must be able to commit for a minimum of 3 months (required and voluntary internships are accepted).
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup (minimum 3 days onsite in Makati City).
