- Configuring Workday modules under direction from senior resources.
- Working directly with customers to clarify requirements and help translate them into Workday solutions.
- Undertaking unit testing to ensure configuration meet business requirements and troubleshooting any issues.
- Identifying appropriate system test scenarios.
- Coordinating with stakeholders and managing timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
- Participating with the migration of configuration & data related to the delivered solution and to ensure all associated documentation is completed.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Information System, Information Technology, Psychology (with HR experience), or Industrial Engineering.
- Have experience 2x full cycle implementation of HCM applications, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and user enablement.
- Fluent English (written/ spoken) is a must.
- Have experience as HR Business Partners (HRBP) is a plus.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with a consultative approach.
