- Develop deep expertise in Workday modules (HCM, Talent, Absence, Recruiting, etc.).
- Understand industry best practices and how Workday aligns with HR and Finance transformation goals.
- Stay updated on new Workday features, product roadmap, and market trends.
- Prepare and deliver tailored Workday demonstrations based on client needs.
- Configure demo tenants or environments to support specific scenarios.
- Address functional and technical questions during demos and presales cycle.
- Engage effectively with HR, IT, and C-level stakeholders during the presales cycle.
- Present strategic recommendations for digital transformation with Workday.
- Build value propositions and differentiators to strengthen Workday’s positioning.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in HR) or relevant work experience after bachelor.
- Fluent English (written/ spoken) is a must
- Completed min, 2x end‑to‑end implementation cycles of HCM applications, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and user enablement.
- HR Having prior presales experience is an advantage.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to deliver product demos tailored to client needs.
- Strong business communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
