Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Here in Mitramas Infosys Global, you will be exposed to work on software across a diverse platform of technologies as well as a variety of industries within our portfolios. We are looking for talents with high tenacity in solving problems, exceptional passion for technologies, and a great willingness to learn and adapt to ever-changing environments to join our team. You are expected to be able to:
- Identify business needs to obtain appropriate alternative solutions
- Analyze analytics and business data to create insightful reports
- Design policies, procedures and user requirements as needed
- Work with project stakeholders (cross-functional team, vendors, project manager, upper management) to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
- Write high-quality technical documentation (FSD, BRD, UAT etc)
- Perform project administrative tasks
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree of Computer Science/Information Technology, Science or equivalent
- Hands on experience in project management, system analyst, business analyst, technical writer, or related works
- Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
