Position Overview
The Tribe Sales Lead – Cloud will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing
strategic enterprise accounts, and leading the sales direction for Cloud solutions and services.
This role will own the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, pipeline
generation, customer acquisition, and business expansion initiatives for cloud offerings.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in B2B enterprise sales, cloud solutions,
managed services, and technology consulting, with the ability to engage C-level
stakeholders and translate business needs into cloud solutions
Kualifikasi Minimum
Key Responsibilities
Cloud Sales Strategy & Business Development
● Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Cloud business across enterprise
customers.
● Identify new market opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
● Drive customer acquisition, account expansion, and retention initiatives.
● Establish go-to-market strategies for cloud solutions, managed services, and digital
transformation offerings.
Enterprise Account Management
● Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, IT
Directors, and business leaders.
● Manage strategic enterprise accounts and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
● Conduct business reviews and ensure customer satisfaction.
Cloud Solution Selling
● Lead consultative selling activities for:
○ Cloud Infrastructure (IaaS)
○ Cloud Platforms (PaaS)
○ SaaS solutions
○ Managed Cloud Services
○ Cloud Migration Services
○ Cloud Security Solutions
● Partner with Solution Architects and Pre-Sales teams to design solutions aligned with
customer requirements.Sales Leadership & Pipeline Management
● Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and revenue targets.
● Monitor sales performance metrics and develop action plans to achieve business goals.
● Lead sales initiatives, account planning, and opportunity management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Work closely with:
○ Cloud Architects
○ Pre-Sales Engineers
○ Delivery Teams
○ Product Managers
○ Marketing Teams
● Ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation.
Commercial & Business Ownership
● Lead proposal development, pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and deal closure.
● Drive profitability and revenue growth for cloud offerings.
Qualifications
Education
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Experience
● 8+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise Sales / Business Development within IT,
Cloud, SaaS, Infrastructure, or Managed Services.
● 3+ years of experience selling cloud-related solutions preferred.
● Proven track record handling enterprise accounts and large technology deals.
