- Developing detailed 3D models and producing photorealistic visualizations for presentations and marketing materials.
- Experience in producing animation, walkthroughs, or virtual reality (VR) content is a plus
- Ability to assist in producing complete tender documentation package.
- Maintain AutoCad and 3D Libraries and ensure back-ups are done frequently
- Responsible for maintaining and compiling CAD & 3D standard library for entire Design department
- Compile Project 3D library ( model/component) & Images library
- Work with designers in upkeep and maintenance of library quality
- Assist Designers in producing quality visuals for presentation boards
- Assist Designers in producing CAD documentations
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Proficiency in software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Corona, Sketchup, D5 Rendering, AutoCad
- Utilizing software like Adobe Photoshop/ others for post-processing and creating visualizations
- Understanding camera angles, composition, and lighting techniques and settings for software mentioned above.
- Ensuring high precision in modeling and texturing for realistic output
- Demonstrating strong 3D modeling/rendering skills, more than 4 years of industry experience, and a degree in design or architecture.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines for clients
- Proactive approach to troubleshooting technical rendering issues
- Proficiency in English
