Techncial Architecture  

• Designing and creating IT solutions that meet the needs of the organization
• Working closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure that the architecture is implemented correctly
• Setting technical standards and ensuring adherence to them for product development and company operations
• Translating business requirements into systems qualities and then into repeatable design strategies and patterns
• Identifying, analyzing and resolving system design weaknesses

Technical Architecture

1. Bachelor’s Degree (Required) as Computer Science / Software Engineering /Information Technology

2. Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Architect technical solutions that align with business goals, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and maintainable on-premise.
• Infrastructure Planning: Design and plan the deployment of servers, storage, networking, and security systems.
• Integration: Ensure smooth integration between various internal systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, databases).
• Security & Compliance: Design systems with appropriate access controls, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and tune systems for performance and efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work with stakeholders (developers, sysadmins, business leaders) to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with requirements.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed architecture documentation, including diagrams, policies, and standards.

3. Skills & Tools:

• Deep knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux).
• Experience with networking, firewalls, load balancers, and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Proficiency in middleware, databases, and enterprise software.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (especially in hybrid environments).
• Strong grasp of ITIL practices, architecture frameworks (like TOGAF), and project management.

4. Domain knowledge in:

• Digital wallets and payments & Regulatory compliance

5. Experience : preferably have worked in fsi vendor as technical architecture (minimum 3 years)
