Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate person or department.
3. Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate visitor appointments.
4. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
5. Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, document preparation, scanning, and record management.
6. Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement when necessary.
7. Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
8. Coordinate meetings, business travel arrangements, and other office activities.
9. Ensure the reception area and office environment are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
10. Supervise the daily activities of the Office Boy (OB) and Driver, ensuring their tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with company standards.
11. Coordinate work schedules and monitor the attendance, performance, and service quality of the Office Boy (OB) and Driver.
12. Liaise with internal departments regarding transportation requests and general office support services.
13. Assist with other administrative and operational duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Administration, Hospitality, Management, or related field
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Front Office, Administration, GA, or Office Operations
3. Strong communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia & English)
4. Experience handling Office Boys (OB), drivers, or support staff is an advantage
5. Professional appearance and positive working attitude
6. Strong discipline, punctuality, and operational awareness
7. Ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments, vendors, and external visitors
8. Computer literacy and willingness to learn internal systems
